Standard bearer Lewis with MKC Heroes Megan, Bethan and Chloe represented the Plymouth Cluster at the commemoration of 100years since the death of Agnes Weston, founder of Aggie Weston’s sailors rests. Aggie Weston saw the need to look after sailors and their families through difficult times and her legacy of welfare workers continues today within the charity, Aggies.

Aggie Weston’s grave is in Weston Mill cemetery, were MKC Hero members gathered to commemorate.  Lewis carried the Plymouth standard with pride and the young ladies not only laid a beautiful wreath but they designed and made it themselves, whilst learning about Aggie and her work. All four of them should be very proud of their actions.
